Living Stone Renos & Painting Inc. is an Ontario-incorporated renovation and general contracting company with over 15 years of continuous operation under the ownership of founder Jimmy Carrera. Based in Maple, Ontario, we provide comprehensive interior renovation, flooring installation, painting, drywall, and general contracting services to institutional, municipal, and residential clients across Ontario.
We are not a new company. We are a company built over 15 years of consistent, hands-on work — from a single painting business founded in 2010 to a full-service renovation contractor trusted by major retirement residence operators, municipal housing corporations, and cooperative housing organizations.

Living Stone began in September 2010 when Jimmy Carrera founded Living Stone Painting as a sole proprietorship in Ontario. Built from the ground up through quality work and client referrals, the business grew steadily through residential and commercial painting contracts across the Greater Toronto Area.
In May 2020, the business was incorporated as Living Stone Painting Inc., formalizing a decade of growth and establishing the foundation for larger institutional contracts. In the years that followed, the company expanded its scope beyond painting into full interior renovation.
In August 2025, Living Stone Renos & Painting Inc. was incorporated as the company's current operating entity, reflecting the full breadth of services we now deliver. The name marks a natural evolution — while the ownership, values, and commitment to quality remain exactly the same as they have been since 2010.

Prior to mobilizing to healthcare or institutional sites, all required site-specific training — including IPAC Orientation and CSA Z317.13-22 — is completed by relevant personnel in accordance with client requirements.
